1. Topic Selection

• Choose a topic aligned with conference themes such as Endoscopy, Gastroenterology, Laparoscopy, Bariatric Procedures, GI Innovations, and Clinical Case Studies
• Scientific committee support is available for topic guidance

2. Abstract Submission & Review

• Mandatory abstract submission before confirmation

• Review fee: £30
• Requirements:
• Word limit: 250 words
• Structure: Title, Authors, Affiliations, Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion
• Format: Word or PDF
• Accepted abstracts receive an official Acceptance Letter

3. Registration & Confirmation

• Registration fee required after acceptance
• Mandatory for both onsite and virtual speakers
• Participation confirmed only after payment

4. Speaker Deliverables

• High-resolution professional photo
• Organization/institution logo
• 250-word abstract (if not already submitted)
• Final presentation title

5. Presentation Guidelines

• Duration: 25 minutes (20 min presentation + 5 min Q&A)
• Slides: 25–30 PowerPoint slides
• Format: PPT/PPTX (PDF backup recommended)
• Use visuals, charts, and minimal text
• Ensure multimedia is embedded and tested
• Full technical support provided for onsite & virtual sessions

6. Code of Conduct

• Presentations must be scientific and educational
• No promotional content
• Adhere to time limits
• Maintain professional and respectful engagement
