Dr. Nilofer Shams is a dedicated pharmacist and research professional
currently based in the UAE. With a strong academic foundation and hands-on
clinical experience, she continues to bridge the gap between research and
real-world patient care. Her poster presentation at the conference is titled:
“Compliance,
Drug Utilization Pattern, Seizures, Treatment.”
Her work highlights the critical
role of medication compliance, rational drug use, and optimized treatment
strategies in managing seizure disorders—an area of growing focus in both
clinical pharmacy and neurology.
Dr. Nilofer Shams is a licensed
pharmacist, clinical researcher, and academician currently working with NMC,
UAE, while pursuing her Ph.D. in
Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Sharjah.
She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy
(Pharm.D) from MESCO
College of Pharmacy, Osmania University,
India, and has accumulated over four years of experience in teaching and
academic development.
Her academic career includes serving as Assistant Professor at:
- Anwar Ul Uloom College of Pharmacy
- MESCO College of Pharmacy
where she taught core subjects such

✔ Pharmacotherapeutics

Her clinical experience was

- Osmania General Hospital, Hyderabad
